The C-VAC system  consists of a central vacuum fan and filter unit.  Available in four different fan sizes C-VAC can provide all the extraction needs for a single workshop of multiple rooms.  The system is controlled by a low-voltage circuit and simply operating a machine or connecting to a plug-in point will start the system.  A variable speed drive ensures that the fan only provides the power required to extract from the points in use and is economical and quiet in operation.

The C-VAC unit can be installed in the classrom, technician's preparation room or in an external enclosure.  C-VAC is ATEX compliant.

Ducting

The discrete ducting ranges between 60 mm and 120mm in diameter and care is taken to install the system in the least intrusive way possible.  Large radius bends are used as standard to reduce presure losses.

Auto Valves

Commonly fitted to circular saws, planer thicknessers, bandsaws and belt sanders.  Fitting automatic valves enables an automatic vacuum start up when a machine is activated.

Manual Slide Valves

Commonly fitted at pillar drills, wood lathes morticers and portable tool connections.  Fitting manual slide valves allows the operator to activate the vacuum by operating the sliding mechanism.

Flap Valves

Commonly used at plug in points for floor and bench cleaning systems.  This type of valve activates the vacuum automaticaly when the cleaning equipment is plugged in.
